From the ground to the table



We at Palazzo Fauzone believe strongly in supporting our local community  and being environmentally friendly in everything we do. We have gone out and hand-picked our suppliers, looking for partners that grow and produce everything locally and genuinely. 



From the ground to the table, here is a little taste of what we offer:


  • Our breakfast pastries, cookies and cakes come from Rosso Gentile , a small but very talented family-run bakery in Vicoforte, at the foot of the Alps. They grow primarily low gluten wheat, following an organic method that does not force crops, giving the land time to recuperate. 
  • Our jams and juices are made by Agricola Basso , located in Prea, in the Maritime Alps, 1050 meters above sea level. In these uncontaminated mountains, wild herbs and berries are harvested by hand and turned into 100% natural jams and juices.
  • Our cheese and butter come from the world renown Beppino Occelli cheese producer located in Farigliano. They specialize in exclusive cheese such as Cusiè, matured and refined for a long time in the ancient cellars of Valcasotto.
  • Our salumi, prosciutto and eggs come from local producers that pride themselves in their grass fed, free range, no antibiotic meats.
  • Our range of honey comes from bees cultivated high in the uncontaminated and pure UNESCO protected mountains, as does the water you will drink!
